Vespucci Events (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a service operated by Strawberry Productions LLC. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payments
  • A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date.
  • Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in your contract.
  • Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. Event Details & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, timelines, venue access, and electrical requirements. Vespucci Events is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, or factors outside our control. The client must ensure a safe performance environment for all equipment and staff.

4. Music Requests
We do our best to honor all song requests, but cannot guarantee every track due to time constraints or content suitability. Clean versions will be used for school and youth events.
5. Equipment & Technical Issues
Professional-grade equipment is provided for each event. In rare cases of technical failure, backup systems or equivalent solutions will be used when possible. Vespucci Events is not liable for interruptions caused by venue power loss or environmental conditions.
6. Media Usem
With permission from the client, Vespucci Events may use short video clips or photos captured at events for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out at any time.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed based on availability and may require an updated agreement.
8. Liability Vespucci
Events is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or incidents unrelated to our direct performance or equipment.
9. Website Use
All content, branding, text, and media on this website are owned by Vespucci Events. Redistribution or duplication without permission is prohibited.
